How Long Does an Antalya Diving Tour Take?

A day trip with us usually lasts 7 to 9 hours from hotel pickup to drop-off. The total depends on your tour and where you stay: the Antalya tour boards at Setur Marina (Konyaaltı Marina) around 10:00–10:30 and is back around 15:30, while the Kemer tour boards at Kemer harbour around 10:00–10:30 and returns about 16:45–17:00. Underwater time on a discover dive is about 20 minutes per dive, with two dives in total. The rest of the day is spent travelling, preparing, eating, swimming and relaxing on deck.

The Programme Step by Step

Morning Pickup

Guests from Antalya city, Konyaaltı, Lara, Kundu, Kadriye, Belek, Serik and Boğazkent are collected in the morning for the Antalya tour from Setur Marina. Kemer-area hotels are collected for the Kemer tour from Kemer Marina. The exact time is confirmed when booking.

Preparation at the Harbour

You meet your instructor, complete a health form and receive your equipment. On the Antalya tour boarding is around 10:00–10:30 at Setur Marina, with briefing and kit fitting. Depending on weather and season, the boat may also leave from Konyaaltı Fishing Harbour; we confirm the meeting point when you book. On the Kemer tour, boarding at Kemer harbour is also around 10:00–10:30.

First Dive (late morning)

A calm bay (Çaltıcak Bay on the Antalya tour) is chosen so beginners can get used to breathing underwater. Certified divers explore the same site at greater depth.

Lunch (12:30–13:30)

A buffet lunch is served on board, with a swim stop at Topçam Bay on the Antalya tour. This break also serves as your surface interval before the next dive.

Second Dive (around 14:00)

The boat moves to a second site: Seagull Island on the Antalya tour, with rock formations, good visibility and Mediterranean fish, or the caves and bays of Kemer on the Kemer tour.

Return (around 15:30 Konyaaltı, 16:45–17:00 Kemer)

The boat docks, equipment is collected and your transfer takes you back to your hotel.

Tips for a Long Day

You will be in the sun for hours, so bring a hat, sunscreen and plenty of water. If you are coming from far away, pack a snack for the journey. Do not plan another demanding activity for the same day.
