General Terms and Conditions

Welcome to TURAXUS TRAVEL, the owner and operator of https://www.antalya-diving.com/ This User Agreement, along with our Privacy Policy, governs your use of our website and services. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms. We offer a variety of travel services designed to enhance your experience.

Our Services and Offerings

TURAXUS TRAVEL provides a diverse range of travel services, including daily and international tours, domestic excursions, cruises, hotel reservations, visa assistance, and travel insurance. The specific content and availability of these services may vary based on seasonality and booking quotas. Please note that our tour programs and any subsequent package tour contracts are governed by these Terms of Use.

Making a Reservation

Secure Online Bookings: You can purchase travel services instantly online using your credit card. If you have active Gift Points in your account, you can apply them as a discount during checkout. All purchased services require a reservation to be utilized.

Minimum Participation: Tours generally require a minimum of 40 participants. TURAXUS TRAVEL will notify you of any cancellations due to insufficient participation no later than 20 days before the scheduled departure.

Flight and Travel Details

Airline Intermediary Role: As an intermediary between airlines and passengers, we adhere to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955. Flight times and schedules, including those for chartered and scheduled flights, are subject to change. TURAXUS TRAVEL is committed to promptly informing you of any such alterations. Airport taxes and service fees are exempt for children aged 0-2.

Room Accommodations: Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability and may include an extra bed that could be smaller than standard. Child discounts apply when sharing a room with two adults. Hotel breakfasts typically include butter, jam, bread, tea/coffee, and juice, with group breakfasts sometimes served in a separate area.

Tour Inclusions and Exclusions

City Tours: Panoramic city tours are introductory experiences lasting 2-3 hours. Their schedule may be adjusted, and they can be subject to cancellation due to weather or force majeure. Optional excursions, organized by local agencies, require a minimum of 20 participants and may be adjusted in price or content based on the number of attendees. Participants not joining optional excursions will wait at a designated rest stop.

Payment and Gift Points

Payment Options: Services can be paid for via credit card, EFT, or money transfer. Installment plans may incur interest rates determined by our partner banks. Credit card transactions are processed through Paytr (www.paytr.com) and will appear on your statement as "Paytr Payment Services."

Gift Point System: Gift points are awarded based on the service fee of your purchases and can be used for future transactions on the Site. To redeem, simply log in to your account and apply them as a discount. Gift points are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are solely for discounts on Site purchases. Fraudulent use may result in point cancellation.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

Promotional Items: Please note that promotional or campaign products are generally non-refundable after a reservation is made.

International Tours: Cancellations for international tours, requested up to 30 days before departure, are fully refundable, excluding mandatory taxes and fees. Cancellations made within 30 days may incur the full tour fee as a penalty.

Cruises: For cruises, cancellations up to 90 days prior are refundable minus a 150 Euro penalty per person, plus applicable taxes and fees. Cancellations within 90 days are subject to the full tour fee penalty.

Name Changes: Name changes are possible up to 7 days before departure for a 100 Euro service fee. Changes requested within 7 days are subject to airline approval and potential additional penalties.

Non-Refundable Fees: Visa fees, insurance premiums, and domestic connecting flight ticket costs are non-refundable for international tours and cruises.

Force Majeure for Participants: In cases of force majeure affecting the participant or their immediate family (e.g., serious illness, accident, death), valid documentation from official institutions is required. Written termination notices submitted less than 30 days (or 60 days for cruises) before the tour may be refunded within 14 days, minus non-refundable third-party costs.

TURAXUS TRAVEL Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel tours partially or fully. Advance notification will be provided: at least 7 days for international tours and 2 days for domestic tours.

Refund Processing: Credit card refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Visa and Passport Requirements

Passport Validity: For most destinations, Turkish citizens require a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date. Green passport holders may only need a valid passport. Remember, a visa does not guarantee entry; border control officers have the final decision. TURAXUS TRAVEL is not liable for denied entry.

Passport Condition: Ensure your passport is not damaged (torn, worn, wet). Damaged passports can cause border issues, and any required visas must be transferred to a new passport. Turkish citizens with green passports issued over 10 years ago must renew them.

Visa Application Timeline: Visa applications can be submitted up to 3 months before departure. Early application is strongly recommended to avoid delays.

Minors Traveling: Minors traveling alone or with one parent may need parental consent documentation. Prepare this in advance.

Consular Discretion: Visa issuance is at the consulate's discretion. While we assist with document submission, we are not responsible for visa denials. Visa and insurance fees are non-refundable upon denial; tour fees are refunded per Article 7.

Force Majeure Events

Force majeure refers to extraordinary, unforeseeable events beyond our control that prevent the execution of a tour. TURAXUS TRAVEL is not liable for non-performance due to:

Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, fires, volcanic eruptions, etc.).
International travel disruptions (war, riots, terrorism, strikes, government sanctions, etc.).

In such events, TURAXUS TRAVEL is exempt from liability for damages arising from contract non-fulfillment.

User Obligations

By using our Site, you acknowledge reading, understanding, and agreeing to these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. We reserve the right to amend these terms; continued use signifies acceptance of changes.

Intellectual Property and Site Usage

All Site content is protected by intellectual property rights. Unauthorized copying or use is prohibited without written permission. Users agree not to engage in activities that harm the Site's operation, such as hacking or unauthorized data extraction. Violators may face legal action.

Data Usage and Communication

We may use your information for statistical analysis and to improve your Site experience. Unless you opt-out, you agree to receive informational emails about services and campaigns. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Account Security

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. TURAXUS TRAVEL is not liable for damages resulting from negligence in protecting this information.

Acceptance of Policies

Your visit or membership to the Site implies acceptance of our Privacy Policy, accessible at the bottom of the https://www.antalya-diving.com page.

Membership Termination

Violation of these terms may result in membership termination, restricted Site access, cancelled services, or legal action by TURAXUS TRAVEL.

Notifications and Jurisdiction

All official notifications to TURAXUS TRAVEL must be in writing. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the authorized Antalya courts and enforcement offices.

This Agreement has been read, accepted, and is in effect as of September 23, 2025.
